This is by far my favorite Tilley hat and wear one of them daily. I have all 3 colors.

Only hats with the designated “Guaranteed for Life” label will be considered for replacement. Customers must provide photos to identify the eligibility of the item, as well as proof of destruction of the item upon request once approval is granted. All qualifying replacements are subject to a non-waivable handling fee.

Packages sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the shipper’s cost. Processing times may vary due to increased volumes in peak seasons and are contingent on the provision of all required information from the customer. Most outdoor hats make me look nerdy… but not this one!
I love that it will pack flat and the UPF protection is great for festivals etc

Brilliant hat
First of all, my thanks to Tilley for their excellent lifetime guarantee which they kindly applied to my ten year-old TWC6 that finally gained some holes in the peak after countless miles on the trail in some tough conditions in all weathers. It was a really great hat - comfortable, stylish, tough, water resistant - and a much-admired favourite of mine. I found it for sale far from home in Lake City Colorado whilst on holiday. I'd been looking for my perfect trail hat and Tilley provided me with it. And now it's replacement is even a bit better (it seems even more robust), a splendid hat to wear outdoors, and I'm expecting many years of good use. I thoroughly recommend Tilley and their hats!

This is my fifth Tilley had and I was appalled at the horrible workmanship. There were several places where it was just not even close to being up to previous Tilley standards. I wish I could have enclosed some pictures. I am returning this hat and I doubt that I'll ever buy another Tilley hat or anything else for that matter. This is personally very disappointing for me.
