    Some Tilley hats are Guaranteed for Life against normal wear and tear, imperfect workmanship, or faulty material. If your hat experiences any of these issues, please submit your request by selecting and completing the “Guaranteed for Life” form below. Next steps will be provided within 5-7 business days.

    Only hats with the designated “Guaranteed for Life” label will be considered for replacement. Customers must provide photos to identify the eligibility of the item, as well as proof of destruction of the item upon request once approval is granted. All qualifying replacements are subject to a non-waivable handling fee.

     

    Note: Tilley Endurables only accepts Guaranteed for Life requests through Tilley.com. Any requests submitted outside of the electronic portal will not be accepted. Should you have any questions, please contact the Tilley Customer Service Department by email. 

     

    Packages sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the shipper’s cost. Processing times may vary due to increased volumes in peak seasons and are contingent on the provision of all required information from the customer. Requests will not be shipped until all requirements are met by the customer. Tilley will not be held responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages in transit. Please contact your carrier to settle any shipping issues.

    Love Tilley. It's my go-to golf hat.

    I think this Tilley is the best looking style fir peoplewith a regularsized head. It's closest to a regular fedora type shape. I bought it because I need sun protection and my regular classic fedora take a sweaty beating on the golf course. Enter the LTM5, excellent coverage and ventilation. Furthermore, once dirty or sweaty its and easy hand wash in the sink w quick overnight dry. Now if only Tilley would add a magnet for golf markers this would be thee golf hat to have. The Club House hat is a thin, floppy excuse for a hat. Golfers get the LTM5, its a better hat. Why does tilley only add a dark green under brim to the khaki color? It would be a great improvement on all these hat brims.

    Love the hat, you guys need to stock the larger sizes more often. Actually needed the bigger one but was tired of wait and just made this one work.

    Amazing hat

    I bring this hat with me on every vacation. And in between. I am constantly wearing it out in the yard gardening and whatever other adventure I'm on. The air flow makes it so comfortable. It is my go to hat

    Husband lost this hat after 15 1/2 yrs!!

    Replacing hat that my husband lost after having for 15 1/2 yrs!!!!! Can’t stand to see him without it! Was still in excellent condition!! His name is inside it so still have hopes of a return! Worth every penny!

    Buy this hat

    My husband is an Australian farmer out in all weathers. He hasn’t taken this hat off his head for many years. It is time to buy a new one . I will definitely be getting the same hat again.
