Only hats with the designated “Guaranteed for Life” label will be considered for replacement. Customers must provide photos to identify the eligibility of the item, as well as proof of destruction of the item upon request once approval is granted. All qualifying replacements are subject to a non-waivable handling fee.
Note: Tilley Endurables only accepts Guaranteed for Life requests through Tilley.com. Any requests submitted outside of the electronic portal will not be accepted. Should you have any questions, please contact the Tilley Customer Service Department by email.
Packages sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the shipper’s cost. Processing times may vary due to increased volumes in peak seasons and are contingent on the provision of all required information from the customer. Awesome hat
Purchased the LTM6 last year. Really nice hat. Does all that it’s designed to do. Comfortable, shades the sun, ventilates, and stylish. Can’t wait for the weather to warm up again so I can wear my hat on my outdoor walks and hikes.👍🏻

Great Sun Block
I got this hat to do lawn and yard work. The brim is excellent at blocking the sun. The chinstrap is adjustable and great for windy days. My only gripes, however, are that it seems to need more ventilation at the crown to be truly called "air flow." Additionally, the sweatband isn't very thick and therefore not really absorbant. I often wear a bandana around my head to keep perspiration out of my eyes. Overall, I'd buy it again, maybe if this one ever wears out (but I don't think it will).
