There customer service isn't what it once was. But the hat's have been great since the 1990's and they are still honoring the lifetime guarantee

My go to Golf, Beach, Zoo, etc. hat!
Need to cover your neck, ears, and bald spot from being sun burned while maintaining a "good" look? Want a light weight, high quality hat that is a comfortable and can be worn in various weather conditions? The TWS1 Tilley hat met my requirements and added a few bonus options that weren't on my list (hidden pocket, tuckaway loop for cord, minimal to no exterior branding).
I'm proud to wear your product and happy to support a company that provides valuable products / services! Now I need to convince my wife to replace the hat she has with a Tilley!

Wonderful Hat, wonderful company
I had my previous hat for more than 15 years. I use it almost daily for 3 seasons every year. Side of the hat became damaged after so many years and I was very happy of the company honoring its lifetime guarantee. I will now enjoy for another 20 years the best hat available on the market. Thank you Tilley for such a great product!
