Sizing was way off. I own another and love it. The new one is sized much smaller. I had it exchange it and paid extra shipping. So disappointed.

But I notice that the Life time guarantee is not on the inside when we got the replacement. I guess I'll find out if we can replace it next time my husband wears it down & see if they'll replace it.
