Only hats with the designated “Guaranteed for Life” label will be considered for replacement. Customers must provide photos to identify the eligibility of the item, as well as proof of destruction of the item upon request once approval is granted. All qualifying replacements are subject to a non-waivable handling fee.

Packages sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at the shipper’s cost. I Have A Tilley, But ...

this one. I would buy this one if it came in 6 7/8, but it does not. Very sad. I'm planning a 2-month trip to Sub-Saharan Africa and although I will definitely be bringing my current Tilley hat (don't leave home without it), this would have been even better if it had come in my size.

Please, Tilley, can you make this hat in 6 7/8. My trip is planning for 2026. Thank you very much and I LOVE your hats. Best thing on the market.

The ducks' guts.

If you're in Australia and need a bloody good hat, you just found it. I was dubious at first, but in the few months I've owned this hat it has proven itself time after time. It has become my first choice hat.

The Airflo cooling mesh works very well; you can actually feel the breeze past through if you've worked a bit of a sweat up, Upf50+ sun protection rating, machine washable, handles being wet well and is good in the rain, you can sit on it, fold it up and stuff it in your bag or kit and it knocks back into shape every time, soft and flexible without being weak or flimsy, the darker underside of the brim helps reduce reflected glare well, and the brim is flexible enough to keep the hat on while while your driving...if that's your thing!

If you struggle with the shortcomings of a felt hat in summer, give this fella a crack...

COOL & FANTASTICAL Hat!

Have two other Tilley hats, this is my go-to when most hot. Wear it all the time when teaching out in sun.

Breathable. Cool, compared to others. Awesome!

I wash it in washer, with other clothes, air dry on head and wad it up to fit back pocket when indoors and not needed.
