Care

Machine wash delicate or hand wash cold. Use mild detergent. Do not use softeners or bleach. Remove windcord and foam from crown pocket before washing. Reshape and air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

THE RIGHT FIT

At Tilley, our hats are designed to sit comfortably low on the head. The proper fit should be slightly loose, as gravity will keep your Tilley in place.

Step 1: Wrap a string around the widest part of your head, located 1 to 2 cm above the top of your ears and brow line.

Step 2: Determine the measurement with a ruler, then add 2 cm to the total, for comfort.

Step 3: Convert that final measurement into your hat size in the chart below.

Fantastic hat fantastic service

My new T1

My new T1 is perfect. I love the new ‘mist blue’ colour too. Shipping was fast and service was incredible.

I have an original T3 that I bought in 1993 and I am happy to say they the new hat is equally well made.

I may not have to buy another hat for 30 years!!
